Blood Orange Salad
2 blood oranges cut into supremes (cut segments out from between membranes of a skinned orange)
1 large avocado cut into large dice
1/2 bunch or watercress or other peppery green
1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp citrus based vinegar (or sherry vinegar)
Flaky salt and cracked black pepper to finish salad
Serve with any organic dressings and enjoy!
